Fortnite fans are working their way through the Week 9 challenges for Season 7.
Epic Games releases seven Battle Royale challenges each week. Three of the weekly challenges are available for free and the other four challenges are exclusive to Battle Pass users.
The challenges are also separated into hard and regular tiers of difficulty.
The hard difficulty Fortnite challenges net players ten Battle Stars, while the regular tasks reward fans with five Battle Stars.
Earning Battle Stars levels up your Battle Pass, which is how you unlock all of the rewards on offer.
Week 9 challenges task players with eliminating enemies with shotguns, completing timed trials in the Stormwing and using the recently released Sneaky Snowman.
One of the more interesting challenges tasks players with bursting ten Golden Balloons across the map.
This is pretty easy when you know where to look, and there are enough dotted across the map that you’ll probably stumble upon one or two by accident.
The locations of the Golden Balloons can be seen in the image above. Just make sure you’ve got a gun equipped to burst them, and be sure to watch your back.
Another challenge tasks players with dancing on a Sundial, Oversized Cup of Coffee and Giant Metal Dog Head.
The first part of the challenge involves landing on a Sundial. It’s on one of the hills south-east of Fatal Fields. That’s G9 on the map to be exact. You’re looking for a pole leaning over a pile of cars.
The oversized Coffee Cup can be found in the northern part of Dusty Divot. Located outside of the diner, it’s pretty hard to miss. Just set your marker to F5 on the map.
The giant metal dog head is all the way in Junk Junction at B2 on the map. It’s the Boneyard sign hanging from the crane.

The final challenge that might prove tricky is the time trial task.
Players must finish three Fortnite plane time trials to complete the week 9 challenge.
The X-4 Stormwing time trials can be found west of Frosty Flights in map square A9, square E2 west of Lazy Links and in J6 south of Lonely Lodge.
