Back in September, Ubisoft announced Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection would be hitting the Switch on 6th December.
In case you forgot, this package includes Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag (as well as all of its DLC) and Assassin’s Creed Rogue. If you were planning to add the physical version to your collection and happen to be located in Europe, you might want to keep reading.
According to a listing over on Amazon Spain, The Rebel Collection game card is limited to Assassin’s Creed IV and the rest of it (Assassin’s Creed Rogue) is a separate download. You can see this on the updated box art below:
If this is accurate, we expect other regions to receive the same treatment. It’s certainly not the first time something like this has happened, though, and it probably won’t be the last.
