It’s unclear of the exact cause, though Fortnite’s dramatic finale was played and watched by millions – and many are still watching now, as mysterious numbers pop up around the game’s holding screen black hole.
“We are aware that some folks are unable to login to the Epic Games launcher and are working on getting the service back to normal,” the company wrote on Twitter this evening. “As a work around, you can elect to skip login to access games that don’t require you to be online.”
