Activision has apparently decided to silence a user who used to share leaks about the Call of Duty franchise.
In a message posted on X, insider TheGhostofHope has stated that the American publisher had “legally demanded that I stop leaking and disseminating confidential information related to Call of Duty/Activision.” The user in question has announced that he would comply with the company’s demands and would now only discuss official details from now on.

Although not specified, we can assume that Activision threatened legal action if he continued in this vein. Recently, TheGhostofHope claimed that Call of Duty could stop doing annual releases and launch a standalone Zombies title, which was later denied by Activision.
