Game Geeks News is proud to bring you another great gaming project currently running on Kickstarter. Fluttering Abyss has recently launched its very own Kickstarter to bring this amazing new project to life. Yonder World follows the story of Vellus, a young angel who has recently received her dream job in Heavens. After a series of disappointing and unfortunate events, she finds herself in a strange world, perpetually drenched in midnight moonlight, whose inhabitants consist of a singular mysterious and infinitely powerful entity, and her few “visitors”. Navigate a world full of lurking dangers and filled with melancholy, in the quest to find a way home. Yonder World deals with the subject of depression, anxiety, loneliness and unspoken desires. Explore the story of each character, forging a bond of romance or friendship with them, or leaving them to rot in their own miseries. Overcome fear of the unknown and the sudden turns that can quickly lead to your demise.
The demo covers the first 13 days of the visual novel to give you a sense of the Yonder World, how it works, and the key characters you will come to meet along the way. The full release will contain additional scenes and activities for this part of the game. Additionally, the final game product will be more polished upon release.

Fluttering Abyss is an indie game company and currently consists of an all-female team. They are a small group of friends, scattered across the globe, working together to bring our story to you!.
Yonder World sounds fantastically delightful, doesn’t it? Unfortunately, you cannot build a whole world without funding, much to Dethiral’s chagrins. Everything you have seen so far has been funded out-of-pocket by the team, with all of them juggling multiple roles at once. Most of those go unnamed.
Despite all the challenges and crazy schedules, the team aim to make Yonder World an immersive experience for you, a project that you can invest time and emotions into. And of course, they cannot do any of that without your help!.
Risks and challenges:
Everyone in the team has their day job while the game is in development, so there were a lot of time constraints when it came to writing, coding, editing, character conceptualising, etc. Fluttering Abyss is made of 4 people, each in a different location across the world. The current demo is funded from their own pockets, and everyone in the team has made huge sacrifices, from time to resources, to bring it to you. With the experience of their previously successful project, Missing Time, and your help, they can successfully bring Yonder World to life!
