The third and final DLC for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, one of our favorite releases of 2023 is now available on PC and consoles.
The new DLC, “Upheaval in Jingxiang”, adds tons of new content along with a new Divine Beast as well.
Upheaval in Jingxiang
The new DLC follows the story of Yuan Shu, who is persistent in creating a world of demons out of his hatred for humans. Check out the launch trailer for the expansion below.
This new expansion adds new stages including a waterside village, a castle, and an abandoned mine. Players will face a new enemy type known as the “Shuyao” which is a tree-like monster with poisonous attacks.
That’s not all, the DLC also adds a new weapon, the Whip. There’s also a new divine beast reminiscent of a white fox with horse-like legs called the Chenghuang.
Players can actually ride this divine beast, which is a first for not only Wo Long but the Nioh titles as well. There are tons of other additions including a new difficulty mode, higher levels, and much more.
Apart from that, Wo Long also received a free update in collaboration with Nioh 2, and players can fight the dreaded Mezuki in a boss battle.
