The first outfit Harley obtains is her classic garb from Arkham Asylum. The Fall/Winter Collection has Harley in a straitjacket, showing that even 5 years after her capture before Batman’s Knightfall Protocol, she’s still an extreme danger to everyone around her, and this straitjacket is a great choice to players who want to prove they shouldn’t be messed with.
Coming straight out of the asylum, this Arkham gear is a fun addition that has Harley free from her cell and explores the vastness and colors of Metropolis, except with a bomb in her head and a bout of weapons at her disposal. It’s an outfit that adds to the fun, especially if they are not fans of jackets or jester outfits.

Harley Quinn has a few famous outfits in the DC Universe, but none are as iconic as the classic, outfit that started her all. This jester costume comes in all its glorious red and black, with a headpiece that bobs with physics when Harley moves, making an adorable addition to an already stellar costume. Whilst she was never in the Suicide Squad with this outfit, it’s still a must-have classic.
Harley has since moved on from her role as a harlequin, wearing her iconic jester outfit, but that doesn’t mean fans can’t respect the classic, and Ruff & Tumble brings just that. A classic outfit deserves its time in the sun, and Harley definitely wins one of the best original outfits thanks to Batman: The Animated Series.

Harley Quinn is a superfan when it comes to Wonder Woman. Whether that’s out of a crush, or just respect for what she does. Harley’s Justice Losers outfit has her wear a smaller-sized Wonder Woman outfit titled Wonder Quinn, complete with the golden shoulder pauldron, gauntlets, and tiara to really complete the look. The pigtails are also a nice touch.
This outfit is one of the best, and it really suits both Harley and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, due to its post-apocalyptic feel to it. This is a Harley who has seen the horrors of Brainiac’s forces, and she’s loving it thanks to her legal bout of murders and carnage.

Fans of Batman: Arkham Knight will enjoy the Throwback Thursday outfit, as it brings back her costume from the finale of the Batman: Arkham trilogy, albeit without the skirt components. It’s a fun homage to one of the best Rocksteady games, and ultimately, one of the best Batman games of all time. Throwback Thursday is worth trying on, especially for the hairpiece it comes with.
Not only is the outfit itself a good addition, but the hair gives Harley her classic fluffy pigtails, which have their own physics. It helps players to create new Harley looks thanks to her bundle of cosmetics that can be found thanks to Riddler AR Challenges.

Getting to Batman has never been so rewarding, and the Gold Kryptonite outfit is perfect for those who just are not keen on superheroes thanks to the fact that Gold Kryptonite de-powers Superman. Harley has plenty of Gold Kryptonite duct taped to her or tied with ropes, so much so that it’s even sticking out of her hair like a crown.
It’s a really quirky outfit that suits the style of both Harley and Task Force X, showing their improvisational skills, as they adorn Gold Kryptonite like its jewelry, and not the most precious material in the universe and the only thing capable of killing Superman for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Whilst Harlecchino looks rather similar to the original jester design of Ruff & Tumble, the noted addition is the removal of the cowl and headpiece. Harlecchino adds a more unique Harley look that can be combined with the Ruff & Tumble set, allowing Harley to wear the classic jester outfit without the mask, letting her hair flow freely with its dyed colors.
It’s a great pick for those who want to spend some LuthorCoins, or for those who just want to combine different outfit pieces to make their own Harley costume. What solidifies it as a decent choice is the fact that her face is more expressive without the restrictions of a mask, allowing for better displays in cutscenes.
