The Streets of Detroit Will Have to Wait a Little More.

Nacon has announced that their upcoming title RoboCop: Rogue City is facing a slight delay. While it was supposed to be released in September, the title now gets a November release date. The developers sought the delay to meet the expectations of the players.

RoboCop: Rogue City Releases on November 2, 2023

A recent trailer dropped by Nacon already suggested that RoboCop: Rogue City was delayed. The trailer led to speculation whether it was quietly delayed or it was just a mistake. Now, taking to Twitter, the developers have officially announced the delay.

This marks the second time the title has been delayed. Originally, it was supposed to be released in June, which was then pushed to September, and now November. The devs have stated that the delay was necessary to polish the game and launch it at its best. Also, they’re focusing more on areas that need improvement during the beta.

A delay of a month or so is no big deal if the game launches in a very polished state. Plus this slight delay also gives free space to RoboCop. September already has Starfield plus more titles, October is full of huge names, so, naturally that makes November the sweetest spot for a release.

RoboCop: Rogue City will now launch on November 2nd, 2023. It will be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. You can read more about the title here.
