R-Go Tools has introduced the TWISTER, the ergonomic vertical mouse that is foldable and suitable for both right and left-handed users. In addition, this ergonomic mouse has a Break indicator LED that helps you remember to take breaks.
Its vertical, round shape provides the comfortable, healthy support your hand needs – making the TWISTER a highly ergonomic mouse. This unique mouse has a special feature: it is ambidextrous. As the Twister has a twist it contains a so-called switch & click mechanism. One moment you use the mouse with your right hand … and then, with just one move, you switch to the left. You can also share the Twister with your colleagues or roommates.
In addition, the mouse is foldable, making it considerably flatter and thus easy to carry in your bag. Thanks to its simple, patented mechanism the R-Go Twister is perhaps the most convenient ergonomic mouse available.
Why this matters
In the office, at home, or on the road: while working on your computer or laptop, you obviously want to do this as easily and comfortably as possible. So no sore wrists or an aching neck or shoulders after a few hours of work. That a vertical mouse is one of the ergonomic tools to prevent painful discomfort (and ultimately RSI) is fortunately known to more and more computer users. Unfortunately, the actual use of a good ergonomic mouse is another matter. Not everyone has one at their disposal in the office, and moreover, it also comes down to the right mouse for the right hand.
When we noticed this problem, we started thinking about a suitable solution: an ergonomic mouse that is flexible and mobile in use. In other words, a mouse that fits everyone and can be used anytime and anywhere with both the left and right hand… And, to make a long story short: after intensive brainstorming and research, the Twister Mouse was born!

Initially, R-Go Tools only wanted to develop a mouse that allows the user to switch hands during use, preventing one hand from getting strained. While the design team was developing an applicable technology, they suddenly realized that this was the ideal opportunity to also look at the possibilities of making this vertical mouse portable. This meant a double challenge for designers Jort and Fortu. They developed a vertical mouse with a special click-and-switch system, making it suitable for left- and right-handed use. In addition to being rotatable, the mouse also became foldable. Finally, the mouse is equipped with an LED indicator. This provides break advice by lighting up in a warning orange color after intensive mouse use. Many sketches and 3D printing tests later, the Twister was born, with its unique design.
With your help, this Crowdfunding Project will allow R-Go Tools to put the Twister into production as early as November, making the solution available sooner.
