PSN down reports are coming in right now with the PlayStation Network not working for PS4 fans across the world.
Independent outage monitor Down Detector has registered a huge spike of PSN down reports.
Out of those affected some 74 per cent have been affected by PSN sign in issues while others are having issues with the PlayStation Store.
As the PSN down issues took place PS4 fans took to social networking site Twitter to report problems with the service.
One tweeted: “Psn down”.
Another posted: “@AskPlayStation are the servers down for maintenance?#psndown”.
One added: “@AskPlayStation is PSN down?”
And another wrote: “PSN is down”.
At the time of writing DownDetector.co.uk has registered a peak of more than 6,000 PSN down reports.
The Down Detector outage map also says the PSN issues are mainly affecting users in the UK, Europe and US.
Despite all these reports the official PlayStation Network Service Status page says “all services are up and running”.
The Ask PlayStation UK Twitter has also been responding to PS4 fans that are experiencing connection issues.
Responding to one PSN user they said: “Hello, sorry to hear that! as our network is up an running fine as far as we are aware https://status.playstation.com/en-GB/ Can you try restarting your console and home router?”
