An RPG is a game where all players have to play a role within a story that is told by a player called the Dungeon Master.
- In other words, in a group of 8 people, one person will have to take on the role of the narrator and create a story where the remaining 7 players will be able to play within this scenery, by taking on the role of a specific character.
A player can interpret, for example, a wizard who casts spells, an alchemist who creates potions, an elf, a warrior, a witcher, and so on…
Once the player chooses which role he will play, he will move through the story interpreting the voice and actions of the selected character.
- You, the player, will have to deal with many tests, overcome dangers, face evil monsters who will try their best to kill you, meet many characters and do everything in your power to complete the mission created by the Master player!.

In RPG players’ slang, a Campaign is an adventure divided into various game sessions. Each session can last from 1 to 4 hours, depending on the Master who manages the story and the experience of the players.

Your character will be unique:
Created by you and made by our designers. A section of the campaign plot page is dedicated to introducing the characters.
When you enter a campaign, you must create your character to take part in the game sessions. Besides filling out the player profile, you can come up with a background (the retrospective story of the character) and even imagine what he looks like. In the characters section, therefore, will be loaded a brief presentation along with the avatar you have chosen to represent you.
We also give you the opportunity to have your character drawn.

At the end of each session, all players can use the Logbook to record everything they have done during the campaign. The Diary essentially serves to keep the entire story in mind, to resume the adventure in the subsequent game sessions. All the annotations, at the end of the campaign, can be downloaded in a convenient pdf file, transforming your adventure into a real fantasy novel.

With RockMaster, it is the Dungeon Master who decides the cost of each session based on his experience. Players pay with their credits purchased on the site.
RockMaster makes Master’s work professional. We know that the Master is a complex role that requires a lot of study and work. Every Master must know entire game manuals, books and fantasy stories of various kinds.
Professional Masters take a long time to prepare for the session before meeting with players, they must create the maps in which our heroes will move through the story, prepare puzzles, unexpected events, monsters to face, objects to recover, new characters to meet during the journey and much more.
Accumulate credits, gain experience and grow to become the best Master in the world
Each player within the platform has his own profile, with all his information, a personal score (accumulated during his gaming activity within the platform) and his story.
The profile of a player is a fundamental tool to make the player’s experience level visible to other users, useful for understanding if a player is adequate to face a high-level campaign, or for understanding the quality of a Master. This way, before paying for a campaign, you will be able to inquire about the level of experience of the Master.

Risks and challenges:
We are aware that this is an ambitious project, full of features. The biggest risk is running out of budget before releasing the “beta”.
We have a strong team, computer science graduates, web designers and graphic designers, with decades of experience in the startup field.
We know our limits and are ready to get involved. We have scheduled that the Beta version will be released no less than 5 months after the end of the kickstarter campaign!
