Match Readiness levels are milestones needed to be reached before the game, with each level and milestone giving the player access to various rewards. These rewards include facilities and ability to attract various fans to the game.

Players take on the role of behind-the-scenes organizers, preparing the city for matchday. From setting up fan zones and decorating streets, to managing transport, food trucks, marketing, and stadium logistics – Copa City is about orchestrating the energy, excitement, and controlled chaos that surrounds the game.
Officially licensed clubs include Borussia Dortmund, FC Bayern München, Flamengo, with more to be announced.
