Game Geeks News is proud to bring you another great VR project currently running on Kickstarter. Weezy VR is the very first fully comprehensive VR travel planning platform with over 100 destinations, 300 sights and up to 100′ 000 hotels. You can view them in advance thanks to 360-degree videos and dive into the full vacation feeling. The team has already provided great traction for the journey and has developed a fully functional MVP. 3.0 for the VR goggles, drawn up the travel journal (business plan) and connected the respective technical interfaces so that the journey runs smoothly.
WHAT IS WEEZY VR?
Weezy VR is the very first interactive virtual reality app for travel. WeezyVR consists of a young ambitious team of 3 people who have made it their mission to simplify a multi-step search process. Driven by the motivation to make travelling an experience in advance. Until now, they have developed Mark 3 completely self-sufficiently and bootstrapped. At this stage, all technical filters work flawlessly and have around 100’000 hotels in over 100 destinations with high-quality content in their portfolio.
The innovative thing about it is that you don’t need a keyboard and a search window, but control everything with just hand gestures.
WHY WEEZY VR NEED HELP?
Entering a new market successfully never comes easy. To have a critical impact, the team needs to pay for tech licenses, efficient marketing, and smooth distribution. Therefore, they need as much help as they can get from you and all tech and travel enthusiasts. The funds and stretch goals will help complete the initial release of Weezy VR on time. They will use 1’800 CHF for a Unity licence. The remaining 12’000 CHF will be used for server hardware and provide more exclusive content and expand the capabilities for the initial Launch.
