Atropos Online is an ORPG game in which you can play with your friends and band together to save the world.
Your journey starts in the Kingdom of Azalea, where you are now of age to do the ritual of attunement. After your attunement, you will go explore outside your city and learn more about the world. A world filled with terror since the gates between two worlds started to open. Soon you must journey through the world and deal with the gates. You will band together with other players to overcome the trials that this world and the other world have to offer you.
Gates in Atropos Online is like a regular dungeon as you know it, they come in a one-man version, 5-player and a 10-player version. Gates are coming out of nothing and appear into the world, if they are left unchecked, the monster inside will start to come out. While fighting against the gates, it might be a good idea to ask yourself – “where do the gates come from?”
Gates can be double gates meaning they are a double dungeon; they can also turn into a higher level dungeon or just be a regular one.
When entering a gate, there is a chance for it to turn into a higher-level dungeon gate. Your party must then choose if they still want to go inside? The upside is that the rewards are better but you will have to invest more into completing the dungeon. When completing a dungeon, some dungeons spawn a new gateway to another dungeon, which is like a bonus level inside the dungeon.
All funds raised for this project will help the developers make the game more detailed with more content, more areas, quests, weapons, etc. As with any kind of game development, there are some risks and challenges such as delays in development time due to funding, online servers, etc. The amount of players on each server is currently at 700, but they hope to overstep this challenge with backers’ help.
