KHATUN is an innovative and visually stunning card game set in the red-light district of the embattled free city of Khatun. As Custos, you strategically employ courtesans from five factions and use actions, spells, items, alchemy, magic and constructions to bring them success and fight your opponents. With the silver you gain, you must bribe powerful Supremos to join your side and achieve victory.
KHATUN takes players into the complex and morally ambiguous setting of a red-light district, where players take on the role of a Custos overseeing courtesans from five distinct factions. These courtesans, from various races including humans, elves, dwarfs, goblins, orcs, and even cat-like creatures, are more than just characters; they embody power, manipulation, and survival in a high-stakes game of influence and conflict.
In KHATUN, players immerse themselves in a world where power isn’t only fought with swords and monsters but through strategy, cunning, and a different kind of combat. As Custos, players guide their courtesans, each with their own strengths and talents, through the political and social labyrinth of the district. Players can engage in fighting through various actions, spells, alchemy, and items to outmaneuver and harm opponents, making tactical decisions that can turn the tide of the game.

Essence of the Game
1) Build your Deck: Choose courtesans and effect cards from one or more of five different factions and supplement them with neutral cards.
2) Populate the Street: populate your side of the street with strong and diverse Courtesans to fulfill the different client preferences – Aspects of the Courtesan need to match with the one randomly chosen preference of the client
3) Fight for profitable clients: use flash cards such as items, alchemy, spells and actions in the battle for profitable clients
4) Utilize special abilities: Recognize special abilities and use mutual aspects for strong combos.
5) Strengthen your position: play persistent cards to support your Courtesans, strengthen your position on the street and prepare powerful combos.
6) Supremos: use your earned silver to bribe powerful Supremos to join your side and ultimately bring you victory
