Chapter 5 Season 2 teasers will soon hit the Battle Royale island – here’s what Fortnite players can expect.
While some players enjoy Fortnite Battle Royale for its entertaining gameplay, many fans like to follow its lore and see where its storyline will take them next. It’s not uncommon for important events to take place whenever a Fortnite season or chapter is renewed, but players tend to get glimpses of storyline progress a couple of weeks before.
With the start of Chapter 5 Season 2 quickly approaching, teasers will soon be revealed, but there are plenty of leaks already. This article focuses on Pandora’s Box, which will be coming to Fortnite very soon.
Chapter 5 Season 2 Theme

With the end of Chapter 5 Season 1 now closer than ever, fans are particularly interested in figuring out what the next season’s theme could be. Several leaks indicate that Chapter 5 Season 2’s theme will be ancient Greek mythology.
With the release of update v28.30, three NPCs were added to the Fortnite map. One of these characters, Odyssey, was previously shown in a skin survey with the name “Athena;” several other known characters from Greek mythology, such as the Minotaur, Persephone, and Ares, were shown in this same survey as well. On top of this, several Cerberus loading screens have also been decrypted.

Pandora’s Box Location in Fortnite
According to the leaks, Pandora’s Box will be one of the major Chapter 5 Season 2 teasers, and it will be added to the Fortnite island soon. The teaser isn’t available in-game yet, but once it’s added to the map, players will be able to see Pandora’s Box in Fortnite near Ruined Reels – the leaked footage indicates that it will appear west of the POI.

A scorching hand will come out of the ground and hold up the chest. Dataminers say that the community will have to come together to destroy the chains holding up the chests, which will cause Pandora’s Box to fall to the ground and break open. According to the ancient Greek myth, when Pandora opened the box, she released all the evils of the world. However, hope was also inside.
It is likely that this myth will somehow be related to the upcoming Chapter 5 Season 2 storyline. Gamers who want to dive deeper into the lore of Fortnite have until the end of Season 1 to complete the Takedown Quests and help rescue Peely, who was abducted by the Society.
