PS4 FREE GAME: Fans can download new PlayStation game for free | Gaming | Entertainment

PlayStation Store for the foreseeable future.

Disruptive Games released the MOBA hybrid earlier in 2019 and have followed up its initial release with a new way to play it.

It can be accessed by entering the game’s PlayStation Store page and clicking on the free demo tab in the top left.

And as mentioned above, there doesn’t appear to be a time limit for how long players can pick up this special demo.

This free game trial is a little different from others as players will be able to carry on using the free trial; albeit, with certain limitations.

The demo version of Megalith will rotate what characters you can play regularly, meaning you will need to unlock the full version to have access all the time.

“This will allow anyone to try Megalith for free and play with those who already own the full game,” a recent dev message explains.

“Players in the trial can also earn currency and unlock skins that will carry over to the full game if they chose to purchase it.

“Trial players will be limited to a hero rotation and will need to purchase the full game to have unrestricted access to the starting Titans.”

For a limited time only, Megalith also has a discounted price of £15.99 for anyone who wants to unlock the full version.

For those that don’t know, Megalith is a new title from Disruptive Games that is also a PSVR experience.

The PlayStation Store page confirms that the game requires a camera and VR headset to play.

It’s been described as a first-person arena brawler and is one of the first games of its kind available on PlayStation VR.

Here’s the official description from Disruptive Games, which explains: “In Megalith choose from one of 5 starting Titans and work in teams of two to take on other Titans in a battle for control of humanity.

“The Titans each wield unique powers and abilities derived from their origin. These abilities can be used alone but become even more effective when coordinated with an ally.

“Each team must protect their side while attempting to lead their minions into enemy territory and breach their defences.

“Titans will need to destroy enemy walls and towers in order to make their bases vulnerable to attack. Powerful siege minions can be summoned to aid in the path to victory.”

The download size is just under 3GB, making it a good choice for anyone who fancies trying out a new PSVR game this weekend for free.
